You will be prompted to update your expired password.
Enter your old password in the “Old Password” field.
Then Enter your new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields.
Click submit.
Your password has now been changed.
**REMEMBER** Your password will need to be changed on all devices used to receive SRTA email (i.e. iPads, mobile phones, home pc’s, etc.)
This feature is for expired passwords only. Any requests to unlock an account or reset a password that has not yet expired will still need to go through the Service Desk at:
